    @techdisk42 I meant on games consoles. The glitch is patched on the PC. If you choose the skilled trait at the start (-10% XP in exchange for +5 to all skills), then remove and re-add it when you leave Goodsprings, you end up with +10 to all skills, whilst the XP penalty stays the same. You can remove and read it again at the Sink in Old World Blues for +15.
