    @minti GMT/BST (so either UTC or UTC+1) - the latter currently. However, just because that's my timezone, doesn't mean I actually sleep at anything resembling sensible times for it. :P (Generally speaking, though, I tend to wake up somewhere between midday and early afternoon, so I guess that functionally I'm operating on Eastern Time, or at least making that assumption will generally give accurate "awake times").
