  1. @rotation I used to work at one. It was the worst job ever. If it was up to me, every call would be handled fast and awesome, but the places that run the call center have some strict rules that usually make everything difficult. Now when I call tech support, I completely understand why things are as slow and difficult as they are.. it's not their fault, they HAVE to be that way.
