@scribus you are right, both of the Cakes are named, and Mr Cake is in fact Carrot Cake. http://tinyurl.com/3r3dcdn Carrot Top though... that name will always be linked to that comedian. But I digress... I still wonder why nobody seems to remember Raindrops was always the pony seen with Derpy, and not Carrot Cake?

@rotation Trust me, if the higher-ups had their way, the entire site would be ran by either 1) trained chimps who are paid via bananas, or 2) soulless, emotionless robots. As neither of those have been perfected yet (don't think they aren't working on it) they settle for humans. Not for lack of trying, mind you; you had to talk to a robot for half an hour before it would finally allow you to speak to a human, unless you knew "the trick".

@rotation I used to work at one. It was the worst job ever. If it was up to me, every call would be handled fast and awesome, but the places that run the call center have some strict rules that usually make everything difficult. Now when I call tech support, I completely understand why things are as slow and difficult as they are.. it's not their fault, they HAVE to be that way.
