@rotation Trust me, if the higher-ups had their way, the entire site would be ran by either 1) trained chimps who are paid via bananas, or 2) soulless, emotionless robots. As neither of those have been perfected yet (don't think they aren't working on it) they settle for humans. Not for lack of trying, mind you; you had to talk to a robot for half an hour before it would finally allow you to speak to a human, unless you knew "the trick".
