@zeldatra well im 15 heir from a family of lung and heart diseases, im overweight and i want to loose some weight so that i look better. i eat pretty bad to begin with but when i say diet i dont mean starve and eat chestnuts or some dole. i mean eat more healthy and make better dietary choices
