  1. There's nothing more awesome than companies purposely ignoring your tickets for at least half a year, and promising to "answer within 48 hours", and then sending you a request to return a product you already returned long ago. I wonder what's the best way to kiwi off our "Best Managed Company" (as they like to call themselves) without getting in trouble myself. I think I'm going to act like I never received the e-mail. There is no "answer before X" date anyway, so that shouldn't be too hard. I'm at least going to attempt wasting as much of their time as I possibly can, for wasting so much of my time.
