@thatonestocking Properly phrased, she won't know what you're trying to tell her and how she should react. I mean, I create sexual tension at every good opportunity when hanging with my female friends, because it's always funny and it's really hard to mess up and get a negative reaction. It's great for strenghtening bonds at the same time you're blurring thenature of the relationship to the point where nobody knows what is what.
