    @kingcarcinopony The game is outright not programmed for you to play a neutral character. If you don't pick a side, you can't use any of the upgraded abilities. At the same time the game gives a lot of "moral choices" that are way more dumbed down than they really should be. "Gee, I dunno. Should I go save the world be pressing this button or should I just kill everyone because I'm bored? DECISIONS DECISIONS" But if they try to pass that off as a serious choice, it comes off weak. There's no grey area in those choices, and there's no way to play a "grey" character without being weak.
