@rarity Except that is not it at all, the problem is that this guy has strong romantic feelings for this girl and no grand gesture or anything will ever cause her to feel the same way about him and it's killing him inside, take it from me I liked the same girl for a year but to her I was and will always be just a friend and it's a nightmare cage from which there is no escape until you finally get over her and that can take a long time especially when you are friends and see her constantly, ever reminding you that you will never get to hold this girl or tell her you love her, it's torture. It's not just about sex, don't be so narrow minded.
