@coffeecream Of course, it's better to listen to what your GP says rather than anyone else. For instance, if I'd listened to my dad when I was on a course, I would have immediately discarded my 20mg pills because "being happy is easy" and like him I could "decide not to have depression" one day. It's worth noting that my dad is a colossal Fluffle Puff.
