@colfax Good on you, try to hold onto that until at least you get better situated. On the subject of the paypal card it seems a good deal, you'll just need an address to list for them. Again, probably could use the address of a shelter if you can get in. I'm sure plenty people will be happy to help, and it seems that money shows up within 30 minutes.
