@nerthos @rarity So basically the reproductive system is unique and shouldn't be prone to atrophy the same way that other body parts are. There are many humans that don't and didn't use them back in the day until they got married. Of course getting married young is very common in cultures where the use of those organs is discouraged outside marriage.
