    @flamingpandaomg Mm.. meh. I appreciate the effort, but I thought of that one and decided, nah. Maybe, because one of the symptoms of syphilis is red sores, a ponified version could deal with some sort of abnormality of their cutie mark. So maybe it could be named accordingly, like.. cutie rash or something.
