  1. @awesam15 Huh? I just butter the outside of one, DO NOT wrap it in tin foil, poke some holes in the skin with a knife, then throw it on a pan for about 50 minutes to an hour. The skin becomes nice and crispy, and all the inner contents of the sweet potato turns to a brilliant mush that you can just spread butter mounds on and eat straight with no added flavoring. It's extremely rewarding, and filling.
