@theowl unless you brought the game of the year pack *the one with all DLC attached* I can recommend this link as a needed device http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Portal:Fallout_3 there is SO much hidden stuff that this can help...plus its essential to work out how to get the unique chinese assault rifle, the Xaolong. I can also recommend that you boost and/or tag repair, lockpick and science...there are SO much useful crap hidden in areas locked by lock or computer and repair will allow you to fix weapons to full health without spending caps at shops, allowing you to spend it on ammo instead
