@mastertdi I don't want to reply anymore, so I'm copying stuff from this report. The mouth is the beginning of the digestive system. You chew and break down the food into small pieces with your teeth. As this is happening more saliva is produced to help break down the food. Saliva is 98% water but it contains substances such as electrolytes, mucus, enzymes and antibacterial compounds.
