@scoot Neopets is the most extreme example of unbridled capitalism you can find on the internet. Prices make literally no sense as people break the economy as they please, poor is making alike 65k a day and rich is having more money than you would ever be able to spend, players buy and hoard items just to sell them all when they decide it'll be fun to crash the economy yet again, and literally nothing makes sense. The staff no longer has control over the economy of their own game, and any money sink ever put in place failed horribly, and at times even done the opposite.
