@redebinchilada It's interesting to get into contemporary functionalism and look at how our brain can be boiled down to a complex series of sensory inputs and behavioral outputs. It's also interesting that when you say "a central processing unit sends electrical signals to peripherals to make them perform tasks based on a set of instructions" you can be talking about either a human or a computer.
