@nerthos She's actually stopped doing it because my cat started fighting back. She wasn't like actually trying to sex him or anything, but she was still pretty jumpy.
They usually do play with each other quite a bit so I'm pretty sure she just thought of it as playing. When the cat gets really annoyed with it he'll let her know.
If you didn't see earlier, the dog is likely acting like this because of some new medication she's on. Bladder infection. :(
