I hope nobody ever hires me to do a drunk driving PSA, because I wouldn't take it seriously and I'd give them an incredibly graphic video where a dude's head gets decapitated and ends up landing on a spike, then the guy becomes a halloween decoration and as kids are getting candy from the house up ahead, he says "don't drink and drive or else you'll die" and the camera would pan out to see hundreds of decapitated heads on the person's fence all screaming in agony while kids happily trick or treat.
