    @metaltao The trigger was unusually "gritty" on the gun. Then again, given its age and the use it obviously saw, I suppose it isn't ruled out that there could be dirt in the trigger mechanism. Investigating that trigger mechanism would give me an excuse to learn more about the Browning Hi-Power by detail stripping it.
