@scribus I'm genuinely having a hard time trying to think of anything at all whatsoever that I could say I liked about the film. The writing was absolutely atrocious, full of holes and inconsistencies and unabashedly forced dialogue (delivered by actors who in turn gave incredibly melodramatic and stupidly exaggerated performances). Oh, and the actual characters themselves were all terrible people too, all deliberately insufferable and obnoxious. The music and sound editing was pretty much non-existent, with just nauseating bass hums every now and then in lieu of actually building audible suspense, though instead of instilling fear it just instilled headaches. The cinematography was incredibly lazy, uninspired, unfocused, and one-note. It didn't reveal anything remotely interesting or unique about the setting, characters, or even sheer premise of the film, and would often times be annoyingly dark to the point where it became difficult to make out events going on. I hated it all.
