    Just went to look at a `98 BMW 740. $2,000. Within my cash price range. I was pretty sure I wouldn't buy it, though, when he had to try twice to start it. I was really sure I wouldn't buy it when he put it in reverse and the suspension squealed. And when he pulled up and opened the door and I saw exposed wiring in the power seats, I knew I wasn't going to buy it but didn't want to be rude. So I sat in it. It was advertised with "CD PLAYER" and "COLD A/C." The guy tried to explain to me that "the A/C works, it just doesn't blow any air, and the radio might just be a fuse, or you could even put in an aftermarket upgrade!" So I still don't have a car.

    Again, disappointing, but at least this POS car was funny.
