@scrybus I've watched through all of both seasons because lots of my friends wanted me to. I'd say if you were a fan of season 1 you'll enjoy season 2, and if you didn't like season 1 you probably won't like season 2 either. It's give or take the same narrative framing, just a different setting with a few new characters. I'd actually say I prefer the second season to the first one if you're looking at them as strictly popcorn shows through, season 2 never really reaches the the absolute messiness and grossness of season 1's Alfheim arc (though it still plenty of less then comfortable anime tropes here and there), the action scenes are generally more well constructed and fun to watch, and the season's final arc is comparatively the show's strongest (which isn't really saying much at all, but it's something). That being said, I still really wasn't a fan of the show and have plenty of really big issues with it that keep me from honestly recommending it to someone.
