@mushi Right, ehmm, in short, I do not think anyone wants to go through the trouble of saying they are someone they are not ( identity theft ) unless if there is something in it for them, such as ( but not limited to ) people working for the secret Brazillian weapon X facility. Or LOADS of money. Someone who ( has only ) passed school/college/university is probably not a target at any way you look at it. Come to add that they are now giving out diploma's for passing the 3th grade and learning how to spell...
