    @nerthos oh, no, they still have dogs, in fact they have had a dog problem for the last 50 or so years, but instead of neutering them, or just killing them in a painless way, THEY BEAT THEM TILL THEIR EYES EXPLODE, THEN BEAT THEM SOME MORE
