@tijagi Well, it just depends on what you consider "artistic and pretty". It's not less valid to consider standarized fonts that than it is to say the same about fancy kanji, as beauty and art are subjective. As long as you're striving towards adhering to a perfected, stylized font, you're doing caligraphy.
