#season2predictions Discord is a large patchwork creature made of equal parts antelope, pony, dragon, griffon, manticore and others. He was sealed away long ago by Princesses Celestia and Luna (who I have no doubt will appear in the first two episodes) for deeds unbecoming. He has the ability to control and manipulate ponies as though they are puppets.
