This is (maybe) President Gerry Larson, the 46th-ish President of the United States of America in Swole Foods. Formerly a US Senator from West Virginia, and before that a businessman with assets all over the world, his biggest claim to fame is actually that his father, Joe Larson, served a single term as President. He was elected in a very contentious election where the two candidates reached a tie in the electoral college. Congress eventually chose Larson as the next President and he entered office with an incredibly low approval rating.
