Love it when an employee tells me she had requested off for a certain day, AFTER I’m already done with the schedule. I tell her that the request isn’t in the book. She says yeah, she forgot to put it in the book but she still wrote it down on her personal calendar. How am I supposed to know what’s on your calendar?
