  1. @scribus I unfortunately do not, before they went subscription-only Clip Studio Paint EX was a great low-cost alternative for small projects (but it leaves a lot to be desired for longer projects unless you also have Adobe software for compositing). It didn’t have tweening or anything like that to speed things up though, it relied on the user being familiar with frame by frame. Blender is free and has a 2D workflow but I personally hate the drawing tools. I’ve heard great things about Moho, both versions are one-time purchases, and I was considering switching to it for Swole Foods as it’s easier to learn than ToonBoom, but I can’t personally recommend it as I’m not familiar with it myself.
