@ceruleanspark Well, a year ago today I quit the university I thought was a good idea to go to, having chosen it on the same day my grandfather died, to become unemployed. Next week I start a course 'hopefully' leading to the sort of dead-end retail job at which one whiles away a crushingly-boring existence whilst trying to fund the hobbies that seem to be ridiculed now more than praised. This is what was bugging me yesterday, but I didn't know that because I'd forgotten all the details and my subconscious mind was trying to remind me, which it finally did last night when I nearly had a panic attack in a Tesco.
