@pallettwist I think it's kinda like eating, there's a sort of necessary Equilibrium. Because if you expect the worst all the time, things you say can rub friends the wrong way or it may lead to draining your own hope. At the same time, if you always assume the best case, it's easy to be unprepared or overwhelmed when things don't go that way.
