@abigpony No, you're confusing "people" with "human cattle", the diference is that the first group can decide over their actions, and the second group are, the usually portrayed stereotype of high shchool US students, to give an example, governed by their instincts and anyone willing to spend five minutes to use them and bend their limited minds. It's all a matter of senitence. Some aren't able to choose how they react to things in their entire life, so they die young or are used as tools by others. Some others, are born with the skill to rule over their and other's minds with ease.
