@tiff nah, they should keep doing it, Florida politicians have terrible job security so if the GOP keeps downplaying the shooting they're just gonna lose a bunch of their seats in the state legislature

@mcscx I turned it off and on again. I replaced the power supply. I used a toothpick to reset to manufacturer settings. I disabled WIFI (using the dedicated button on the side). The only thing I didn't try was to rip it out and throw it out of the window. I called my ISP's hotline (Vodafone) and I'll get a replacement device in 3 to 5 work days....

I roughed out the keyframes in Flash, then imported them and cleaned them up in a program called Cacani, which helps you out by interpolating your lines and generating rough inbetween frames. I exported those frames BACK into Flash, cleaned them up a bit, and colored them. The shading was also done by a computer. I might finally be able to release cartoons with some regularity soon.

What’s unfortunate is the software appears to have been abandoned, there haven’t been any updates to it since 2016.

I’m still working out a lot of the kinks and figuring out the limitations of the program. Obviously, it’s not the end-all be-all animation solution, I still have to do quite a bit of the work and the software doesn’t handle every shot I throw at it quite as nicely, but if it can save me even just a little bit of time, it’s a godsend.
