  1. @ceruleanspark Have you noticed how, when they say "Now pre-boaring for flight P014-Y to Whereverton" what people seem to hear is "The bears are coming! Rush the gate!"

  12. @gluestick And by 'greatest gift the internet has ever given' I assume you mean 'a striking example of what is wrong with humanity'?

Friday, 09-Dec-11 15:13:14 UTC from web in context
  13. @gluestick Ha ha! Love the name.

  14. @thelastgherkin Trust me. Neither appreciates it when you invert the customary meanings of the action.

  17. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Gherkin and I will be here all weak. Tipping: bad for cows, good for waitresses.

  19. @thelastgherkin Don't give him flack. It's not energy he lacks. It's just stacks and stacks of facts he had to fax to max he first had to carry in sacks!

  20. @theawesomepinkpony I am # and champion forgetter of things. But while I may have failed to recall your name, I never could forget the awesome pinkness--and ponyhood--which you embody the very essence of.

  21. @chillman23 I do like me some good green tea. Bit of an acquired taste.

  22. @flaxx Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the returning champion...FLAAAAXX!

Friday, 09-Dec-11 14:59:01 UTC from web in context
  23. @chillman23 What sort of tea you like?

Friday, 09-Dec-11 14:55:31 UTC from web in context
  24. @chillman23 Blood oranges are just a type of orange, really. Their juice looks a bit like the old red vintage, but that's all. It makes quite a flavorful tea, and very soothing. A nice alternative to "earl grey, hot".

Friday, 09-Dec-11 14:54:57 UTC from web in context
  25. @chillman23 Have you ever tried blood orange tea?

  26. @jinny Dudes like Mr. Boreanaz are *too* handsome to appeal to me, if you catch my meaning. I like faces with a bit more character.

Friday, 09-Dec-11 14:51:14 UTC from web in context
  27. @jinny Yes it does! I put just a touch in the chili I made the other day, and it was delicious. I also steeped some peppermint tea in a mixture of half water and half coffee...ditto. And believe it or not, a tablespoon or two in spaghetti sauce can really bring out the flavor.

Friday, 09-Dec-11 14:49:53 UTC from web in context
  28. @chillman23 Good point. Prolly not the best idea to show up tipsy. Well, it's around if you want it. If you're of age, I would actually suggest some warm mead with honey in it. It really does help with the typical winter maladies.

Friday, 09-Dec-11 14:47:28 UTC from web in context
  29. @jinny Ah, icebreaker face. Gotcha.

Friday, 09-Dec-11 14:46:06 UTC from web in context
  30. @chillman23 Here ya go, chilly, a box of fresh sparkles to help brighten up your day. Alternatively, I could see if I have some whisky lying around here...
