@abigpony Well, you listen to their newer albums, like In Sorte Diaboli and Abrahadabra, and its easy to hear that they are steering form their old industrial heavy sound, and going down the more melodic, symphonic route (which I honestly prefer). And because they now have a big budget to produce their music, everyone's accusing them of selling out

@tequilasunrise Well, I did hear rumours of more 2-parters in this season, and no doubt that the Halloween (sorry..Nightmare Night) episode, will probably try to have some spooky moments.

@abigpony Agreed. It's kinda reminiscent of those stuffy fans of breakthrough bands who accuse a band of selling out when they get a big break. Take Dimmu Borgir fans, for example: It's basically divided into those who love the new directions they are taking, and those who accuse them of selling out.

It's official: I am going to go to Ravensbourne. Whatever happens, that is where I am going for Uni. The place has everything: Great facilities, great courses, great social, a stunning building, a uniqu view of the 02 arena, and a free macbook and copy of Adobe CS5 to every student. Oh and my friend is going here, as well as another friend from the highe ryear above me (who is also a brony, sealing the deal even more)

Drumming in the music department, practicing my solo piece for the 6th Form Revue (Sing Sing Sing by Benny Goodman). I finish the song, complete stranger (presumably the drumming teacher) peeks his head into the booth and compliments my drumming. It made my day.

Had the strangest idea today: Set up speakers all over the city, somehow hook them all up to a single microphone, and play/sing a quiet, peaceful little song over the whole city at night. Then round it off with a simple "We hope you've enjoyed this little song. Goodnight.". The things I come up with in the shower!!

Just read "Somewhere only we know"...incredibly sad but strangely happy at the same time... I really don't know how to feel about this fic!! Im kinda proud actually: Been reading fanfics alot lately, and so far, only 1 has failed to impress

London bron here. I've had the fortu to meet several other bronies, though usually at other meetups, such as furmeets or Toy Soldier Missions. Even if it's just hanging out, playing some videogames or meeting up to watch some episodes, I'd be more than glad to. Either a big meetup, or just a couple of us, just drop me a line and we can see. Central London is my haunt, but I'm willing to branch out a bit. And yes, I'll be at the MCM Expo. Keep an eye out for a blue Tau Pathfinder team. I'll be one of them.
