!bcbronies : I am on my way phone is dying so i will check when i get there, when do we book? 4-8? 5-9? I know we are working around fan expo but most likley we will miss the last little bit. These would be my prefered times.

@tequilasunrise !bcbronies Ah, excellent. Hmm, yeah, even if I sign in it looks like I can't view the results. It'd be nice if we had a system where everyone could read the results so we can plan more easily. I sent a note to EqD that we were trying to gauge attendance numbers, I'll actually re-send the message with the survey link instead. Just keep us posted on the numbers, especially if they go over, say, 65.

@tequilasunrise !bcbronies Is there an easy way to check how many people have clicked "yes" on the survey? Also, it's kinda unsettling having a survey with no other options. If someone wants to see results but can't confirm attendance, a "no" button would be nice.

!bcbronies righty i'm gonna make it to the big meet up NO MATTER WHAT so i put my vote on the survey monkey thing, also if there is some dispute or lack of money i'm willing to help close the gap and cover more $$$ if need be. and @garyoak yeah lets tottaly meet up before hoof and travel up together, that'd be awesome.

!bcbronies We are hoping to use the convention centre's or the library's internet to download the episodes beforehand and @tesla500 is offering to bring a projector. I can bring my laptop and HDMI/VGA cables. It appears that the library's conference room has a speaker system, so hopefully there will be no trouble on that end. ***To cover the costs, we are hoping to collect $5-$10 at the door from all attendees. Please bring at least $5 in cash.*** The room is $200 for 4 hours, and if we need to expand beyond 60 people it's bumped up to about $350, so hopefully the cover charge is understood. Our reasons for choosing this venue are its flexible scheduling, its various conference room options, its proximity to the convention centre, and its probable proximity to wherever Mr. Ingram lives. Again, I would like to check if anyone in here could create a simple poll of some sorts, to gauge attendance of this viewing.

!bcbronies Just to sum up the details of the current plan: @thepuzzldpirate is Reserving one of the 60-person conference rooms at the Vancouver Library. We're interested in hearing about what kind of turnout we can expect, so if anyone can make a poll so we can get a good number, that would be appreciated. To avoid conflict with Fan Expo scheduling, we're currently aiming for a viewing on the night of Saturday the 21st. Since the con ends that day at 7PM, this will likely start at 8PM. Once Fan Expo has a schedule up, we may reschedule for some time in the early afternoon, though some people may need to sacrifice seeing some panels to meet for this this finale. We'll discuss that when the time arrives. For now, though, tentative 8PM. We are trying to contact Daniel Ingram regarding his schedule, as he's shown interest. We will gladly rearrange this based on his schedule if need be.

!bcbronies 45 vs 60, price difference or not, I would take the bigger room which the library offers. Though it is good that Daniel is talking, I'm heading to the library for reservation tomorrow, if it doesn't pull through I cancel in the week, if not we go with it.

cool. we're finally talking about watching the royal wedding episode with mr. ingram. i think we need a poll to determine how many !bcbronies are actually interested (i'm sure a LOT are) i wish this is facebook coz it's easy to cast votes there... anyway. count me in. i'm willing to donate some $$$ to make this happen.
