@darcyblue !calgarybronies Everything you said sounds like a lot of fun! I will continue to throw bits at you to help with funding. I also learned that trying to get a new label to stick to a bottle is apparently quite hard without proper materials like glue or something. All I've got is an unruly roll of tape. This may not end well.

!calgarybronies @darcyblue glad you like the idea. the banff trip sounds like fun but a bus is expensive. the prizes sound really cool too and i might have some secret prizes of my own we could use depending on how things go in the next couple of weeks. also have you found a computer yet? if you want you could have my old computer. its a few years old and i would need to get it fixed and wiped clean but it will handle anything you need for the group

!calgarybronies @conjure you know.. that is a great idea. i like it! and as a prize... i sitll need to have a complete day to just run around town looking for pony paraphernalia. im also thinking of a talent show sometime down the road as well as seeing if i can rent a bus on a cold winter night to ship you all off to banf to go to the hotsprings! woo! nothing beats a natural hotspring in the dead of winter! how does that sound? also a heads up to everypony. remember me talking about that secret event prizes i was talking about? ive been in the works for custom stuff (shirts, hats, booklets, etc) and so far its going better then i inmagined. also now that the cat is out of the bag i now feel bad letting it out. but wanted to know what people thought.

!calgarybronies I'm still in the air as to if I am coming tomorrow or not. It depends on how work goes and my word count writing wise. Here's hoping I can get a fair bit of writing done at work and kill two birds with one stone. :)

@conjure !calgarybronies Not a bad idea, I looked into it but the size doesn't fit. And it only really works for Coke bottles since that's what it's styled off of. I'm making my own variation, going to take some stuff off that one though, so good catch.

@darcyblue !calgarybronies I'd recommend checking Superstore, that's where they are selling lunch kits and water bottles, and in the same section they were selling ice packs (but with other characters on them). I assume they were part of the same set but were sold out.

!calgarybronies Alright everypony. I'm feeling adventurous so once the supplies are gathered, I'll be bringing six bottles of sarsaparilla! It's actually only root beer but it's pretty much the same thing. I'll be making my own labels for them and all that, so I think they'll be pretty fun. Just throwing a heads up in case somepony doesn't like root beer and/or is allergic or some such. And only six of 'em because my messenger bag is tiny and inconvenient.

I think prizes are fun too, I'm not competitive but its a fun incentive. @puzzlemint I'd recommend avoiding the over priced gross zoo food! I've packed a lunch when going to the zoo before, if I know I'll be there all day. I hope by good hippos you do not mean you consumed hippo! haha

!calgarybronies hey guys i had an idea at work today for a fun event/contest. since october is just around the corner and with it hallows eve i was thinking that maybe we could have a kind of costume party thing at the end of october and all dress up as ponies! and if you guys are feeling competitive we could have a prize for the best/most creative costume. what do you guys think?

@johnmcdowell !calgarybronies due to a majority of people take the bus. most people left around 9-9:30ish. but as phoenix said. you can stay as late as we like really. but i think you would prefer getting home at a good hour so your not waiting until 5 in the morning or something for a bus to show up. also if anyone see's a my little pony icepack. i know someone who would flip to get one (or a box of them). so point me in the direction towards them.

Oh yeah and game wise maybe at some point we should play pin the tail on the Pinkie Pie. @autumnfrost I looked up "Canterlot Luna" on ebay, looks like a cute buy! Luna is pretty cute, poor poor pink Trollestria though.

@johnmcdowell !calgarybronies since most people take transit to get home we cant run too late. i think it was around 10 when darcy locked up. darcy says that essentially there is no set time we have to end it.

@johnmcdowell !calgarybronies We don't really have a set time since we've only done it once so far. But I think it started winding down at around 9PM so we just kinda all left around that time. Probably could extend it to be longer if we're still doing fun stuff.

!calgarybronies Just a heads up, I won't be at the meet this Saturday. The canceled camping trip that used to be on the weekend of the last meet has been bumped up to this one. I'll see you all soon enough though!
