!calgarybronies @darcyblue well seeing as i have a car transportation isnt an issue. and you can find a screen pretty much whereever they sell projectors but i will be getting mine a staples. @vanillabelle if you can can you please make it for the 9th i am going to be out of town on thw 16 and i really dont want to miss this. @fluttershy5 welcome to the group flutter.

!calgarybronies Wow! Sudden explosion of postings! Soo...I will try to book the BBQ for September 9th or 16th. Lets say the meetup time will be 6pm, latecomers are more then welcome, just come! NEED MORE BRONIES! :D I also work but I have some control over my hours so I'll finish early so I can get there ahead of time. If any helper bronies are available feel free to come help out! I can't book anything over the weekend, Monday I'll post the *official* date. Wheee I hope this will work out I've never really organized big gatherings. @yodelerty I'll try to book it for the 9th so you can come! I didn't get to meet you last time. @conjure !calgarybronies my question is how are you going to transport the projector screen? its pretty big even when wrapped up. also where would you get one?i was just thinking of getting a plain old white bedsheet and useing that instead. also next meetup if i remember im bakeing sonic rainboom infused cupcakes! lets pray these are not baked bads

@phoenixswift !calgarybronies check the blog everypony! we made big NEWS so big i have to write NEWS in all caps! we made it to Equestria Daily! congrats to everyone who helped me make this meetup truely 20% cooler then what i could have done alone. @phoenixswift please send me the 2 google doc links. i cant seem to find them. also welcome new bronies! good to see us grow daily once more.

@vanillabelle !calgarybronies friday might be ok with me. i get off of work at 3:30 but it will take an hour before i would leave my house to go to the bbq and depending on where it is i traffic might be an issue making me more late.

!calgarybronies @phoenixswift your image is huge. im going to have to photoshop it before i use it.i wanted to put it on the top banner but it was too big and couldnt put it inthe background. also i made that wallppaper spisfically to fits my screen. it doesnt look at all right otherwise on mine and i wont know how it looks on wide screens without one. so il need a completley new wallpaper if i do. it @vanillabelle im moveing next week so i cant really do much for the BBQ thing just yet. need to make shure i work on moveing out before i work on other things i need to flesh out. there is a link back to here on the right side under the "websites of intrest". im also busy basically everyday exept sundays.( that i often do laundry and other things important) saturdays are days for battletech, the meetup and mage the ascension.

@vanillabelle !calgarybronies I can do Friday. I mean, up until my fall semester starts, since my last Friday class ends at 4:45.

@vanillabelle !calgarybronies Friday is fine for me, but I only get off work at 4:30 so I'd need some time to get down there. I don't mind showing up late though. Other than that, I'm camping all of labour day weekend and I'm also busy Aug. 27th. No need to work around me though.

@vanillabelle !calgarybronies I could probably show up afterwards on a Friday, I get off work at 4:15, so it'd be a bit late. Not to mention travel and having probably never been there before.

!calgarybronies Gah! So booking the picnic site for Saturday and Sundays might be difficult. Would anyone be able to do a BBQ Friday evening, or will people be working? There are many Fridays available 3:15-9:15. On Sat and Sun the only time slot is 1:00-2:45.

!calgarybronies Ok since there seems to be interest in the BBQ I'll go ahead and book it tomorrow. I'm looking at late August up until mid September, and I'm going to book it at bowness park. *****Before I do so, is there any weekend that people ABSOLUTELY CANNOT make?****** If so please post and I'll so my best to accommodate. If you have preference for Saturday or Sunday also feel free to vote, and the time that I can book the site is from around 2-9, I think but I'll double check. So interested ponies who want to come let me know if there are any impossible dates by around noon tomorrow. Please and thank you :D

!calgarybronies @darcyblue As to the blog, may not hurt to see if you can get a slightly larger wallpaper for widescreen users like me. May also want to look into stretching the side bars ever so slightly if you can so the text fits in better. Don't forget to put my fancy new logo on here and somewhere on that blog too! I didn't make it for nothin'!

!calgarybronies Hey everypony! (oh goodness, how I love saying that) So a while back I noticed mention of a bronie bbq, which sounds really fun! Maybe we could try to do one on a weekend that doesn't fall on the Sentry box meet up. But the thing is I started looking into it and it seems picnic sites are booking fast. So who would be interested in a bbq, and should I maybe try to book one? I'm looking at bowness park if that's ok with you guys. I feel like we might as well take advantage of the warm weather while we have it. Opinions?
