!calgarybronies Hey everypony, was gone camping for the weekend. looks like i missed ALOT! I'm gunna try to be there for the BBQ, my work has me working on random shifts with only a couple weeks notice. But i really dont want to miss to many brony stuff. also if i can get it off i make some pretty damn good burgers. Also Welcome new people! still not sure if im gunna beable to come to the next meet up :(

Transit schedules for next month aren't up yet, but if they're the same as this month, there are busses arriving at 5:26, 5:41, and 6:11, with the last one heading back into town leaving at 10:11. @autumnfrost !calgarybronies I may just have to take you up on that offer Autumn. My work is like 8 blocks away from the Sentry Box so it's still downtown. But don't go scheduling around me since I have to actually get off from work before I can go anywhere. So I have to wait until 4:15 until I can even start going somewhere.

!calgarybronies For folks making a really long trek out to the park, I`d be happy to volunteer my car to drive them part of the way =) If anypony wants to take me up on this let me know, I`d prefer to pick you up downtown or anywhere west of that, as it is easiest for me. Also, if everypony meets at one place that helps a lot!

@l !calgarybronies Welcome to the funky chat thing we have! I'm not sure if your name is a capital "i" or an "l" so I hope this works. We've only had one meetup so far. We basically enjoyed some snacks and watched some episodes while making silly comments and singing with the songs. We're still expanding ideas on what we can do, there's still a lot out there! There was a mention of a roleplaying mystery murder thing for ponies earlier. That could be fun. Overall we're still trying to figure out what we can do, the main goal is to have fun after all, but I think we accomplished that plenty the last time. The next one's this coming Saturday so we'll see what silly things we can do!

I'll also update my previous availability/what you're bringing doc. to use for this. I'll post it here when it's ready.

@vanillabelle !calgarybronies i will be there. traffic is going to be hell but i will try and get there by 5:30 or earlier to help out. is there anything you want me to bring food drink etc. @darcyblue also i got a projector screen today. i will set it up and test it tonight. i am pretty sure it will fit in my trunk so no worries about transport.

!calgarybronies @darcyblue Ok called this morning and got it all settled, it will be September the 9th and arrival time I'd say aim for 6pm. It will be in bowness park at site 6. Here is a map of the different sites http://www.calgary.ca/docgallery/bu/parks_operations/bowness_map.pdf Also I was told that if site 5 (which is bigger and comes with a shelter) isn't booked we can take it. I wanted to book a site with a shelter, but they cost over 300$ so that wasn't happening haha. If you can't come until later that's fine! If anyone could make it there around 5:30 to help me out that would be cool too! Maybe we could try to set up an informal guest list later, so I know how much food to bring. Its just over a month away so I hope that might give some of you leeway to juggle your schedules so you can make it. Also sorry I didn't realize its so far for most of you! Hope you'll still come!

!calgarybronies To give an idea of where Bowness is, it's about a 20 min drive northwest from Sentry Box where we last met up. It's not bad for me, and it's a lovely park, but I can understand it might be far for ponies of the east and south. I hope you all will be able to make it regardless =)

@yodelerty !calgarybronies Certainly, it's possible, but from my test, it's a two-hour ride from my home. I was thinking Fish Creek might be better, it's closer for most of us I think. But I'm not the one planning thing, just throwing an idea is all.
