Cranky... Fighting with the flu today... I think I'm winning, but I'll have to wait till #tomorrow to see how I'm doing then... Still managing to get a little work done today, so that's okay :-)

OK, I managed some very hard correspondence (e.g., how do you tell a bank that the documents they claim to have do not actually exist??) and I've had enough for today! I'm going to relaz now and tackle the still long list of easier stuff #tomorrow (or as much as I can before departing for the first lesson of my new Gunneger course (speaking Grunnegers this time!)).

I never had trouble typing my [myname].com domain name - until recently: circumstances have changed, I encounter a lot of .nl addresses and suddenly I find myself typing [myname].nl. Twice already I sent off en enquiry to a company with the wrong email address! So, I've registered [myname].nl now, and for good measure [myname].eu as well, at Gandi.net | @gandibar. They provide email for every domain, including email forwarding; if I have time, I'll set that up #tomorrow !ytpo \o/

phew! too many things going wrong by now (missing item from order, order process for a new phone nr (SIM) broken off by system error on their server...,etc.) so I'm stopping work #today and #having a cup of mustard soup before diving into my #hammock! #tomorrow I'll try again to solve some of these unfinished processes.. :-/

pffft! I spent nearly all day selecting new mobile (SIM-only) subscriptions, 1 for company, and 1 private to replace the current far too expensive one. And I prefer to use two different providers. Analyzing the offers (and discounts) was most of the work - now I'll sleep on it, and decide #tomorrow (and order!). And then the SIMs should arrive #tomorrow, haha. So now is a good time to go to sleep. :)

Another ownerchange on a domain went through - phew! It was confusing because it was the first action I did on Gandi.net with a VAT # in place, and the price quoted was "including" tax (but you cannot include what isn't there, can you?). It was all right, just the wording was confusing. The next three owner changes will be faster now - it's still a somewhat convoluted process. But that's for #tomorrow - I'm tired now! #domains #owner #change

In my #hammock - my todo list is still too long! I found so much relevant information and useful websites (bookmarked, of course) that I didn't get round to the actual fun bit: generating a business plan. OTOH I did have a good discussion with my broker - fun plans for the 'big day'! So, the business plan is my fun task for #tomorrow then - again! :D

Fun things to do #tomorrow: 1. go to the archives to dig up the last technical documents I need for my new house (drawings and calculations). 2. Grunneger toal course (and hear/see everyone's poems!)

OK, in my #hammock now. I worked hard all day getting geared up to write a (basic, at least) business plan but #tomorrow I'll take a break from that to do my #homework for the 'Grunneger toal' course: we have to write a Sunnerkloas poem ... errr ... rhyme! And yes it does have to rhyme! That's hard already in a language you know, but especially *hard* in a language you only just started learning! But it'll be fun, too, and a welcome break from business! :D #language

In my #hammock: early-ish but I have a whole lot of sleep to catch up with after that crazy Tuesday night. Plan for #tomorrow: at least register one more domain; also renew one or two (maybe) and make a start with getting ready to register my own #company (again, maybe). That may be more than I can handle in one day though...

WAY past my #hammock time, but I wanted to see a domain transfer to Gandi from another registrar successfully completed; not that the latter is a bad registrar, but Gandi is somewhat cheaper for .PHOTO and I like to have domains for a similar purpose grouped together. All done now - #tomorrow I'll also register a brand-new domain. :-)
