@gangstashy If he'd just mailed PT and said "I have a moral objection to appearing at an event alongside X" and tried to discuss it like adults, there would be no probelm. Instead he decided to turn it into a huge issue on a public forum. At what point does it stop being about the ideological issue and become attention whoring?

@gangstashy I have no problem with that ideology, I have a problem with the way he has chosen to exhibit it. Could he possibly have behaved more childishly than WELL IF YOU'RE HANGING OUT WITH THEM THEN WE CAN'T PLAY TOGETHER ANYMORE AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD PLAY WITH YOU EITHER. FAV AND RETWEET PLZ?

@gangstashy Yeah... I have mixed feelings about this. Maybe because I've only taken KYM's activities on surface level... I thought they were surprisingly cool about Bronydom on the whole. But it seems I know not the whole story...

@gangstashy It wouldn't have irked me so much if he hadn't tried to validate his own opinion by basically saying 'Oh, I played with a Barbie once, when I was 9. I am a melting pot of sensitivity. I can judge you all now'.

@gangstashy Was posted on EqD yesterday. Yeah, I really appreciate that they were trying to get both the brony and non-brony side of the equation... but talk about extremes! I have no problem with people disliking the show, but the first chap has some pretty harsh, generalised assessments of the community. He also swears like a Starship Trooper and cannot seem to focus... but they were not my prime concerns, tbh. The second one is just a series of straightforward questions to a whole heap of bronies (which is nice, I suppose)... but its kind of a jarring contrast, and doesn't really attempt any sort of analysis (that probably wasn't the point though). I guess I would have liked a more even-handed middle ground...
