@jdamangoesy I'm no noob! Linux is on every single laptop i own. That would be 4 laptops. Well, actually the laptop im using now doesn't have it, but thats because i had to get the original HDD (which i did install Ubuntu on) replaced

@jdagrapesy I just never had an issue with the way things have been for years, and I kept hitting a problem of the "dock" (or whatever) on the left popping out when I tried to close a window on my netbook. I'm sure it's fine for people who like it, but it pushed me to Xfce. I'm probably just boring, though. :p
