Either armor or top hats with gears and goggles. I've always been into medieval stuff and recently started getting into steampunk. I'm pretty sure that either way would be awesome, though armor is more for their time.

@snowcone Interesting. I never thought of that. But I was mostly just trying to be funny. Regardless they still should provide some more info on Scoots' background. She's my favorite CMC, yet she's the only one without a family shown in the show.

#disctop Neglect. Scootaloo has no parents. She lives in a dumpster near Rainbow's house. Applejack went to Manehatten as a filly all by herself. Fluttershy's parents never looked for her when she fell from Cloudsdale. Either that or they're all orphans. Then the most common crime would be murder, suicide, or just not paying attention when crossing a street.
