@ceruleanspark I believe coal is a class based punishment. Why would the poor not ever want coal? (or its modern equivalent the winter fuel allowance?) I can just imagine the cabinet members sending colleges fuel reduction bills and changing it to their expenses instead of going to selfridges and buying a glass elephant.

@randomwonderbolt I'm not sure if this is true for every instance, but I separate it into two sentences. "You can eat with grandma" and "you can eat with me" are both correct so you can just put them together.
