What the hell does the inciation ( level ) of care of veterans have to do with anything if you are talking about sending them to "normal civilian hospitals" instead of military ones for corrective sirgury ( and quality of life increasing sirgury ) ... @mrmattimation When trying to come up with a new name for a toon ( first name or sirname ) I follow a few steps. Step 1 : Think of something. Step 2 : say it out loud a few times. Step 3 : try to beword the things that came to mind... ... Admit it, Stephanie Meyer's toilet paper is not far off from ShadowSparkler...
