I have not seen the movie ) A Clockwork Orange ( A Burgess, again, have not seen the movie ). Starship Troopers ( A. Heinlein... one of the few books in which I preferred the movie due to mainly nostalgia ) The Moon is a hard Mistress ( same author ) Time Machine ( H.G. Wells ) 20000 Leagues under the sea ( Jules Verne ) Mistborn trilogy ( Brandon Sanderson, it's a bit of an oddball IMHO ) ...
