@pandaexpress Around that long yeah, glad to hear it came around for you in the end.
I've been pretty well all around. 2017 was kind of a mess but other than that, there have been a lot more upsides than downsides. Some losses sure, but death is unavoidable, all that is within my control ticks under my rythm and that's all that matters to say life is good.
Made a lot of friends, got new certifications and a different job, dropped my ex and had a lot of fun these last 8 years. All I can possibly complain of right now is that the stock market is not as good as I'd wish lol.Emily likes this. -

@mrdragon There's honestly no way my friend is doing that, either way. Until last year, when he came to sixth form, he didn't really interact with people, but higher education has been good for him. He loves the sciences--it's all he really talks about--and he's extremely good at them too. So... I dunno. I hardly know anything about the condition or anything, but he ticks the few boxes I'm aware of.

@tiffany He could just have a general social issues, anxiety and such. Best place to find out is to see a psychologist.

@mrdragon Very true. It's certainly not my place to look much more into it; I feel like it's worth consideration just for the sake of awareness but it doesn't make any difference to our friendship no matter what.

@mrdragon We should have a beer, or a powwow. Clicking is a difficult thing nowadays since you get BOMBARDED with social media updates that they somehow expect everyone within their clicks to read. This is ofcourse "unfiltered bovine manure", since for every friend friend you can immagine there is a friend trump voter. While politics have nothing to do with this per-se, point is, opposite viewpoints.

@nerthos You guys had to deal with nothing compared to me, I had to deal with him nearly 24/7 in one to one chats and google hangouts for over a year where one week he'd have a sensible opinion and then ht enext he's be on a damn war path at the other end of the stick.

I have an idea that I'd like to say to everyone. I know that a lot of bronies and pegasisters have been wanting an my little pony convention here in Georgia. So I was thinking, why don't we just make our own mlp convention here in Atlanta, Georgia? It could start small, and we could work our way up to becoming bigger. Momocon started off like that, even dragoncon start off like that, and all the other brony and mlp conventions started off like that, and grew into something big, and I know that we can do the same here in Atlanta Georgia. We are all creative and smart, and a proud and strong community, so surly we could do the same. I know we all could do it if we all work together. I hope there are others who feel the same for this idea. If you do, let me know. I know we all cane do it.
